Enjoy a luxurious, energetic cuddle where you are being held in a cocoon of loving energy so you can deeply relax and be in full receive mode.
Intuitive healing gives a deep sense of relaxation assisting you while you rest on the therapy couch for a time, fully clothed, with the healer transferring energy by hands (on or near the body). People often feel cocooned in a blanket of warm, safe loving energy, affording a deep relaxation where all healing takes place.
Jumpstart Your Health Retreats
2 day "Jumpstart your Health & Wellness"
During these 2 days I’ll guide you through the basics to kickstart your health & wellness journey with delicious recipes and 1 meal we prepare together.
We’ll also be focussing on grounding & stress relief tools (weather permitting we’ll be in the forest and/or Sacred Circle), getting unstuck in the labyrinth and enjoy some luxurious self-care sessions and an healing from me. All is all based on your personal Wellness Plan I’ll have prepared for you.

During these two days you’ll learn all you need to know to get started with the specific health topic and improve your health & well-being and you receive a lovely healing. Together we’ll also be making some snacks or 1 lunch supporting the health topic.

Harmony Lodge sits around 1000 feet up a Welsh hill around 20 minutes East of Welshpool, Powys. The Lodge is a purpose-built cabin, located within 5 acres of private grounds that it shares with the stone-built cottage (built around 1850) that has been our home now for over 25 years.
Originally part of the Hir Rhos Hall estate, we are nestled within the rolling hills and valleys of what was once Montgomeryshire. Situated part way between the villages of Llanfair Caereinion and Llanerfyl and about a mile off the main A458 route to the coast, Harmony Lodge is ideally positioned to provide a convenient base for those wanting to explore the beauty of Mid Wales whilst hidden away, staying in a very secluded retreat space.
